- Recent market traction as evidenced by recent financial results.
- Operating in the information technology, government contracting or communications sectors.
- Management and shareholders seek a substantial liquidity event within 3 years.
- Owners are seeking to enhance existing management team strengths with direct participation and leadership from Longstreet principals.
- Willingness to provide meaningful equity ownership in exchange for new capital.
- Reasonable proximity to the metropolitan Washington D.C. area.
