Longstreet Partners, LLC ("Longstreet") is a private investment banking and consulting services firm focused on regional small to mid-sized enterprises. Founded in 2002, the firm's partners have substantial experience of investing in, operating, growing, acquiring and divesting businesses.

Longstreet also provides services to regional enterprises seeking liquidity events in the near and mid term horizons, including companies that require capital injections or other corporate financings. Longstreet is focused upon partnering with talented managers to help them build thriving businesses, which create substantial value.

Private Equity

We may directly invest our own capital, often in conjunction with investment partners, and seek regional opportunities in certain technology and professional services sectors. Government contractors and Federal IT enterprises are squarely in our target market, and our collective experience in this space is significant. Longstreet does not passively invest in a broad portfolio of companies, but rather we actively invest in and work with companies to achieve targeted returns in a several year time frame.

Longstreet's approach is relatively conservative on risk, yet aggressive on results. Our professionals are focused and active, and we are selective in our consideration of opportunities, whether advisory engagements or direct investments. We will pursue those opportunities where there is demonstrable motivation by all participants involved to achieve a stated set of objectives, and where we believe we can add significant value.

Longstreet provides financial advisory services to regional enterprises considering liquidity events and/or growth via acquisition. Services center on structuring acquisition strategy, planning and execution for those companies seeking to make acquisitions, as well as full-service representation of companies seeking their own liquidity events in the near and mid terms.
