Longstreet Investors Closes Equity Investment in Digital Fusion, Inc. (OTCBB: DIGF).
Vienna, Va. – December 3, 2004Longstreet Investors, LLC, a private equity group managed by the merchant banking firm of Longstreet Partners, LLC, today announced its closing of a $500,000 equity investment that is part of Madison Run, LLC’s recent financing transaction with Digital Fusion. Digital Fusion, a Huntsville Alabama based commercial and federal contractor, said that the financing transaction will allow Digital Fusion to retire certain debt, provide working capital to grow its federal engineering services business and provide capital to make acquisitions.
