Longstreet Partners, LLC Completes First Phase of EEI Communications’ Corporate Development Plan while Actively Seeking Growth Capital and Acquisition Targets.

Longstreet Partners, LLC ("Longstreet"), a privately held strategic advisory firm specializing in merchant & investment banking services, has completed its first phase of EEI Communication's ("EEI") corporate development plan with the placement of new CEO Jim deGraffenried. Earlier this year, EEI's Board of Directors set a target to double the size of the business through organic and acquisition growth. The Board also decided to partner with Longstreet to execute its corporate development plan. Longstreet began this assignment in March, placed the new CEO in May, and now is working to obtain capital for future acquisition growth.
