Gregory K. McDonough Joins Longstreet Partners, LLC as a Director
November 15, 2005 - Vienna, Va.
Longstreet Partners, LLC ("Longstreet"), a private investment banking and consulting services firm focused on regional small to mid-sized enterprises, today announced that Gregory K. McDonough has joined the firm as a Director. Mr. McDonough enhances Longstreet's capabilities by adding his knowledge and experience to a number of key areas including financial management and alternative investment experience.
"Greg McDonough's career has been centered on working with management teams whose businesses offer solutions and services to both commercial and government customers. In 2002, Mr. McDonough formed Pinner Financial Management, a business services firm that provides financial management, infrastructure enhancement and business development services. Mr. McDonough's expertise includes business forecasting, capital formation and transaction execution.
Earlier in his career, Mr. McDonough served as Principal in Fannie Mae's Strategic Investments Group. In addition to helping form the Group, he was responsible for the screening, due diligence and structuring of more than $35 million in private equity and assisted portfolio companies with financial management issues. Mr. McDonough joined the company in 1994 as an Associate Business Analyst and was subsequently promoted to Senior Financial Analyst of Investor Relations before joining the Strategic Investment Group. While working in Investor Relations, Mr. McDonough provided analytical expertise to the Executive Office in regard to the capital markets, corporate and market valuations, and investor motivation.
Mr. McDonough is an active board member of Innisfree, Inc, a voluntary community for adults with mental disabilities, a member of the British American Business Association, and a member of the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce.
