Longstreet Partners, LLC ("Longstreet"), a privately held strategic advisory firm specializing in merchant & investment banking services, has successfully advised Helios HR LLC, leading provider of outsourced human resource services and consulting, in its acquisition of Talent Advantage, LLC. The acquisition transforms Helios HR into one of the largest human resources outsourcing and consulting firms in the Washington area.
