James Keeratisakdawong Joins Longstreet Partners, LLC as an Associate

June 1, 2005 - Vienna, Va.

Longstreet Partners, LLC ("Longstreet"), a private investment banking and consulting services firm focused on regional small to mid-sized enterprises, today announced that James “Jim K” Keeratisakdawong has joined the firm as an Associate. Jim will lead Longstreet's marketing efforts and is responsible for helping to raise the visibility of the firm. He will also provide front-line support to Longstreet's principals in such activities as M&A projects, strategic consulting engagements, direct investment and capital under management activities, market and industry research, and operational efficiencies.

Jim brings experience from various companies and organizations in the D.C. Metropolitan area such as the Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF) www.secaf.org, an organization whose purpose is to assist small and emerging businesses do business with the federal government, increase core value, and maximize performance. He has also worked for local companies such as INDUS Corporation, the HILL Art Group, and VIPdesk.com.

Of note, Longstreet has been committed to the SECAF mission of assisting small and emerging government contractors since its inception. Partners Mark Moore and Jack Larmer are founding board members of SECAF and directly participate in leading the organization in event planning, membership, marketing, legislative activities, corporate governance, and financial accountability.

Jim graduated from George Mason University, Cum Laude with a B.S. in Marketing and was inducted into Alpha Chi National College Honor Society, the Golden Key International Honour Society and was specially recognized with the "Excellence in Major" award in 2005.
